TEDx Virginia Tech

I had the honor of creating all visual assets for TEDx Virginia Tech on three separate occasions while designing for VT. My work included photography, photo editing, and the design of signage and marketing materials.

Honoring Coach, Frank Beamer

Frank Beamer, Virginia Tech’s head football coach for 25 years, was honored with a custom logo, merchandise, and a featured magazine cover and spread for alumni and donors. As part of the design team, I was tasked with creating the merchandise graphic—personally selected by Coach Beamer—as well as designing the magazine layout.

Radford University
Advancement Campaign

Radford University launched its largest campaign in history with a $100 million goal—one that was successfully achieved. I was tasked with designing the campaign logo, which served as the foundation for all supporting materials. Inspired by Celtic forms, the design reflects connection and the lasting relationships found at Radford. The campaign spanned a wide range of touchpoints, including print pieces, proposals, invitations, signage, and donor gifts.

Radford Gives Back

Radford Gives Back was a rewarding project created for the President of Radford, centered on serving the local community. The design approach focused on a more personal, kid-friendly feel, with all elements hand-drawn. I developed a range of materials—from banners to a magazine feature—to promote and highlight the initiative.

WCQR
Jingle & Mingle

Every December, WCQR hosts “Jingle & Mingle,” a free community event for families that takes place at a Christmas tree decorating contest. I had the opportunity to create new branding for the event, leaning into a playful, sketch-style look that combines hand-drawn elements with vector design. It was a fun project to bring to life, and the visuals have become something listeners recognize and look forward to each year.

Positive Alternative Radio Fall Fundraiser "Counting My Blessings"

Each year, I’m responsible for designing all materials for our spring, fall, and year-end fundraisers. This piece is one of my favorites, combining illustration and photography to create a more personal connection with listeners and donors. It also inspired a creative, interactive element—visitors were invited to write their blessings on branded Post-it notes and place them on a wall at the station, creating a visual display of shared gratitude.
